About the Event
Join us for an early morning walk through beautiful South Devon countryside at The Hearth / Little Greyhills to mindfully listen to and identify the variety of bird sounds present. We will explore the valley, opening our senses to the intricate soundscapes around us. As well as learning about bird song there will be periods of deep listening and stillness to fully engage with ourselves and the natural world.
The walk will be led by Mike Ingram and Freddy Weaver. Mike is an experienced ecologist who has been involved with bird conservation and land management for over 40 years. Freddy is an eco therapist combining a love of the wild with wellbeing, he also runs and owns The Hearth.
Tea and coffee and cakes will be available after the walk. No dogs.
