Encountering This Moment

Honing our capacity to meet each moment as it is subjectively experienced, recognising the innate safety and support of Life itself. ​ Day long workshop held by Joanna Watters between 9 and 5pm. Expect sitting, enquiring, gazing, moving inside in the yurt and outside on the land. Bring food to share for lunch and snacks. Teas will be provided. Cost sliding scale £50, £60, £70 (according to means). A £20 non returnable deposit will secure your place for each workshop.
